These terms govern your use of scuttledstudios.com. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not, close the tab. No hard feelings.
2. What this site is
This is a portfolio and an acquisitions landing page for an independent game studio. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer of securities, a binding acquisition term sheet, or financial advice.
3. Game content and numbers
Game statistics shown here are pulled from public Roblox game pages and refreshed periodically, so they may lag reality. Always check the live Roblox listing before making a decision.
4. Third-party platforms
Games we operate live on Roblox and are subject to Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards. Our Discord, YouTube and X communities are governed by their own terms. We do not control those platforms.
5. Intellectual property
The Scuttled Studios name, wordmark, site design and written content are ours. Game names, artwork and code belonging to third parties remain theirs and are used under licence or with permission.
6. Acquisitions and enquiries
Messages sent through the contact form are inquiries only. No agreement exists between us until a written contract is signed by both parties. We may decline any inquiry for any reason. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or disappear without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date at the foot of the page changes when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
