Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible. If you have never sent us a message, we hold nothing about you. This page lists the few third parties that keep the site running.
1. What we collect
Only two things: the contact form contents you choose to send (name, email, message), and anonymous page counts. We run no advertising trackers and we sell nothing.
2. Why we collect it
To reply to you. That is the whole purpose. Acquisition inquiries may be kept on file while a deal is live or under discussion.
3. Contact form and email
Submissions are relayed through our transactional email provider, Plunk, and delivered to our studio inbox. Plunk handles a message only in order to deliver it. We also send you one automatic copy so that you have a record of what you wrote. Your message is never added to a marketing list and is never sold.
4. Bot protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell humans from bots it processes signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent and the site key. Cloudflare cannot identify you from those, and Turnstile never reads what you type: form entries and page inputs are not accessed, stored or transmitted. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this and we are the controller. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
5. Analytics and hosting
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page counts. It sets no advertising cookies and does not profile you across sites. All traffic to this site also passes through Cloudflare as our DNS and proxy provider, which is what keeps it online and protected.
6. Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies of our own, and our code stores nothing on your device. Cloudflare may set security cookies as part of serving and protecting the site, described in their cookie policy.
7. Rate limiting
To stop the form being abused we count submissions per IP address in the memory of the running server. That counter is never written to disk and disappears when the process restarts.
8. Retention
Inquiry emails stay in our inbox until they stop being useful, and are then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
9. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will action it. Where UK or EU law applies, we rely on legitimate interest to answer your inquiry and to keep the site secure.
10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Our games are rated and governed by Roblox's own age policies.
11. Security
Access to the studio inbox is limited to the core team that runs the studio. Mail is encrypted in transit and we keep no database of contact form data.
12. Who else is involved
Only the providers that make the site work, and only for the purposes above: Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, bot protection and analytics, and Plunk for email delivery. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
13. Changes
If we change this policy we update the revision date at the foot of the page.
